This one is from Dollycas's Thoughts. She will post three questions on Thursdays and you can play along from Thursdays through Mondays! So there's plenty of time to join in the fun!
Here's what Dollycas has to say:
"Each Thursday I will post 3 questions for you to answer that you can copy and post on your blog with your answers. You don’t have to be a blogger to participate either. I will be using a Linky List for the blogs to use to participate and follow each other around to get to know each other, but if you are not a blogger just answer the questions in the comment section following the post on your favorite blog. Please feel free to click on the links and visit other blogs too."
"This way we not only get to know other bloggers, we get to know our followers too. I am really excited about this meme and hope many more people will join the fun!!!!!"

WEEK 38 QUESTIONS
1. When you were little what did you want to be when you grew up? I'm pretty sure some of you already know the answer to this question and it is rather strange. But, when I was little I wanted to be a linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys! I loved football and I loved the Dallas Cowboys! I still do although once the Carolina Panthers came to my hometown, I just had to pull for them. But only when they aren't playing the Cowboys!
2. Did you go to college? Yes. I went to the same college for undergrad and grad school. I had a blast in college which means that I was on the five year plan during my undergraduate studies. I have a BA in Sociology and Psychology and a MS in Early Childhood Development. All four of our daughters have or still are attending college also. We're kind of an education crazy family!
This is one of the only college pictures I have scanned into the computer.
3. Do you attend your high school or college reunions? No. I don't attend any high school reunions because I didn't like most of those people then and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't care for them now (small town, prejudices, bad politics, small minds). However, some of the music wasn't too bad (check out the video below-I think it came out junior year). I don't attend college reunions because none of my close friends were in my graduating class- everyone was older than I was and, by the time I graduated, they were in grad school or already out in the world. But I am in touch with most of them to this day. Two live right here in the same town and the rest are all within driving distance with the exception of one. I'm not driving to Oregon.
love this post! i love interview posts because they aren't normally questions you would ask yourself and write about.
i am in the same boat as you when it comes to reunions. Facebook is enough for me! With the exception of my best friend, I don't socialize w/ anyone from HS.
A linebacker..You Go GIRL!!!!! I love that answer!
Your college picture is beautiful, is you hair still long and thick? It was fun going to the reunion and seeing how everyone had aged..except me..of course!
Debby- I know, but I just loved football. Probably because of the Sundays I spent sitting with my dad watching games.
Momma-Yeah, reunions are overrated in my book. My brother, T, loves to go to his though.
Shawn-Thanks! Yes, it's still long and thick but I pull it up in a pony tail every day so I don't know why I don't just cut it. Of course you haven't aged!
This is great. I love the idea of answering some questions and use it as a post...Football uh? i can totally see that, and it would have been fun too. LOve your college pic, you look sooo cute! :)
Being a transplant to the low-country of SC for 31 years is still not long enough to be called a ‘benyeh.’ If I stay until I’m dead I’ll probably go a ‘comeyeh’ since I am, originally, ‘from off’ (which is the upstate but, rules you know). By day I take care of my sweet little granddaughter, Baby M and do all those things I did when I was a SAHM raising four daughters which has translated to, ‘by day, I am exhausted.’ By night I blog, blog, blog, and blog some more or I sleep, depending on my level of exhaustion (do they still make Geritol?). I have a very unhealthy addiction to sweets (nearly any kind will do) and all comfort foods not covered under the ‘sweets’ category. I’m known for speaking my mind so, if you don’t want to know, don’t ask me. I love to find the humor in my empty nest life. I live life hard and smack into that brick wall almost daily because I’ve always had to learn the hard way. Why change now? I’m so glad you’ve come to laugh with me as I do this middle age, empty nest thing like a BOSS!
Those are great questions. Can't believe you wanted to play football. I never went to college but I have gone to a few of my HS reunions.
