Each week Stasha gives us a theme for our lists. This week, we had a choice between three list ideas: 10 Things Totally 80s, 10 Tweets or 10 Crushes.
I didn't choose the 80s list because the only really good thing about the 80s was that three of the lovelies were born and I graduated from college and grad school. Other than that---BLAH.
I didn't choose to list 10 Tweets because I don't use Twitter that much AND, when the motherboard on my computer went and died on me I couldn't get back into Twitter because they won't send me my password and I don't remember it. So pooh on them.
I'm not all that thrilled with sharing my 10 crushes either because it will definitely date me. Yikes! And then I thought, everyone pretty much knows how old I am anyway so...
Most of my crushes are actors and I'm pretty sure that the crush is somewhat attached to the roles they play. I didn't venture into the field of sports with one exception. That list would take way more than a mere 10.

Ten Crushes (in no certain order):
- Kurt Russell. I had a GINORMOUS crush on him when I was a kid and he was doing Disney movies. I remember being so disappointed on the nights that he wasn't in a featured Disney movie. I still crush on him.
- David Cassidy. This is probably the most embarrassing of my crushes. At least the crush on lasted about a year. What was I thinking? Hey, at least I NEVER crushed on any of those Gibbs boys. UGH.
- David Beckham. I LOVE his underwear ads. Wow.
- Tim Allen. I know- but there's just something about him that floats my boat.
- James Garner- ADORE him! Always have.
- Tommy Lee Jones- who doesn't love him?
- Clint Eastwood- especially when he plays a rough riding, justice seeking cowboy.
- Antonio Banderas. Melanie Griffith is a lucky girl.
- Sean Connery. Bond. Enough said.
- Denzel Washington. Wowza.
Ok, it's your turn. Who are your 10 Crushes?
Denzel definitely makes my list! My first ever crush was in 3rd grade, but it was to Shaun Cassidy. lol
ReplyDeleteOkay so the only one I didn't have a crush on was David Beckham. I would replace him with Bobbie Sherman. Do you remember him? Did you know he is a cop now in L.A.? I thought that someday I would like to be pulled over by him and it would be worth the ticket. :)
ReplyDeleteI mean geez James Garner, how cool is that. I have all of the seasons of Rockford files and No one will ever watch them with me.
Would you?
Anyway nice list. I am with you and Kurt Russel. Have you seen The Horse in the Gray Flannel Suit? He was so awesome in that. Okay done for now. :)Have a great evening.
Bee- He was a cutie too, no doubt!
ReplyDeleteKim- I do remember Bobby Sherman. My cousin loved him! I did not know he was a cop in LA though. Interesting. I would watch the Rockford Files with you and any movie he ever made as well! If Kurt Russell was in it, I've seen it. LOL
David Cassidy was definitely on the list in my younger days.
ReplyDeleteI just saw an ad for Versace with Jon Bon Jovi so I'm adding him to my list as of today : ) Daniel Craig and George Clooney...and you're right-who doesn't love Tommy Lee Jones!
Normally I'd agree with you on #6, but man in MIB3, he simply look tore up and old. :(
ReplyDeleteSo sad.
David Beckham - YUM!!! ;)
ReplyDeleteI agree with numbers 7-10 too ;)
Happy New Year!
Joyce- Happy New Year! I thought of adding Bon Jovi to the list but then I would have gone on and on and on...LOL
ReplyDeleteClarnida- I have to wonder if it had something to do with the movie...always felt he lowered himself to do those MIB ones. No matter, I adore him even in his aged state! :)
Plum- YUM is right! LOL Thanks!
Those are some great men to have crushes on!
ReplyDeleteHAPPY NEW YEAR...
Who doesn't love the Beckham ads?? My Cassidy crush was Shaun. :) Ellen
ReplyDeleteDebby- Aren't they though? LOL And to you too!
ReplyDeleteEllen- Right?! Shaun was a cutie too for sure!
