I have no idea what my mind will tell me about tomorrow.
Anyway, since Patrice says it's Tuesday, let's go chat a bit on her porch!
- Do you eat eggs? What is your favorite way to serve them? I do eat eggs. I don't 'serve' anything though. I make food but anyone who's around has to serve themselves. On weekends, I make myself a fried egg on a cinnamon and raisin bagel. The husband has to fend for himself.
- Do you have a favorite item that you really like having around? (a pillow, a chair, a sweater, a teddy bear, etc.) I have an over-sized black sweater that I love to wear around the house. It's big and warm and comfy.
- Is most of the furniture in your home dark wood, light wood, painted, lacquered, or distressed? Mostly dark wood. I'm not a fan of light wood.
- Please fill in the rest of this sentence. "I could write a book about making bad decisions."
- If money and calendar/family obligations weren't an issue, would you prefer to spend next weekend at a Bed and Breakfast, a posh hotel, a cabin in the woods, or on a sailboat on a calm body of water? I guess the last thing, the sailboat, would have to be someplace warm. :) (It's 30+ degrees here.) A cabin in the woods please! With snow!
Your turn! What are your answers?
Boy, have I got the place for your next weekend getaway! Woods, snow...but you have to bring your own teepee. :-) But you'll want to leave the flap open to see the deer and bunnies.
ReplyDeleteLet me know when you want to book. lol
I'd like that sweater too, btw. :-) Sometimes it gets so cold here that I put on my comfy fleece robe over my clothes. You'd love it!
I almost said your number four answer on my blog post. :)
ReplyDeleteJudy- I have been known to put my comfy fleece robe on over my clothes too. I think that's one of the reasons I love cold weather- the snuggie cloths. LOL I'd LOVE to come! Let's see now, where DID I put that teepee? :)
ReplyDeleteRachel- You too? Wow, there's two of us! LOL
And don't forget the roaring fire in that cozy cabin.
ReplyDeleteA sweater to an adult can be like a blankie to a child. I miss bagels. GF just aren't quite as good. I think we could write the same book. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteLOL I could write the sequel to your book, I'm afraid. Great answers!

Well, if it helps you at all, we're supposed to be getting a whopper of a storm Friday night...12" predicted!!! and Saturday I'm supposed to head out for a two hour hike in the forest!...:)JP
ReplyDeleteI lived up north the first 22 years of my life, and I can say I am so over snow! I don't mind cooler weather, but I have no desire to experience snow anymore.
ReplyDeleteAfter reading a bunch of these posts, I think I'll go make myself a fried egg.
if you write the book, I hope you include how to stop making them.
