Anyway, I wanted to share a few photos of Birdie's most recent bridal shower. It was hosted by her BFF. They've been besties since they were three years old!
Hey- maybe all this wedding stuff in the midst of testing is part of my exhaustion! Yeah, that's it! LOL
The wedding is May 17- so we're getting really close now!

We'll start with a toast:
Sisters! Breezy and Deanie couldn't make it from way out of town. Just another reason that children should never leave the town their parents live in. Just sayin'.
My mom, Birdie's bestie, and a bridesmaid--she was late because she had an accident on the way over. She wasn't hurt.
See? She's fine. Cutting up and laughing! See those Gerber Daises in the background? They were our party favors!
Birdie had just said that they keep losing cookie sheets. She said she knows it's weird, but true. The next gift? MORE cookie sheets. LOL
A feast!
These cupcakes were FANTASTIC! Yes, I ate one. And no, I do not care. It was worth every single bite!

That's SIL to be, Birdie and niece to be/flower girl who just celebrated her 5th birthday!

ReplyDeleteCongrats to Birdie. Looks like everyone enjoyed that bridal shower! But how can anyone lose a cookie sheet?? LOL Wedding coming up soon, no wonder you're exhausted! And I so agree that children should never move away. Still trying to talk our daughter and SIL into moving back to Wisconsin (so they can enjoy our bitterly cold winters). sigh. No dice.

Have fun, you will get done with the wedding then school will be out. Think of your summer vacation.
