I thought the autumn months would slow down now that I'm home instead of school but, no. It's the middle of November, y'all. How did that happen? Christmas will be here before you know it and I am not ready. Nor will I be ready. This is crazy. I'm so glad the Hodgepodge is back so I can focus on something other than the speedy quick passage of time.

- THE BRAVE SIDE OF ME Where I shared my nonexistent bravery with y'all.

- THANKSGIVING FAILS where I shared that I cannot make holiday meals as good as my grandmother did.
- IT'STHAT TIME! where I slacked off and just posted a voting clip art. Don't judge. This is hard.
- HOW TO ENTERTAIN A 4 MONTH OLD where I share what I'm doing with Baby M and asking for more ideas.
- MY MESSAGE TO MEAN PEOPLE where I give a message to mean people. LOL

The baby photo is absolutely precious. I understand about being the crazy lady behind the closed door. My family can tell even before I close the door where I am headed.
ReplyDeleteThank you! She's a sweetheart for sure. :) Good to know I'm not the only crazy lady behind a door. :)
DeleteWell this photo is cute, but that Instagram photo!!! She sure is a doll! Have a wonderful day Pam.
ReplyDeleteI like that one too! That was after the Clemson game. They were in the hotel room and it was after 11:00 and that baby had no intention of going to sleep. I thought that was hilarious because, pay back. LOL Thanks!
DeleteHi Pam,
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet baby photo, so adorable! I can't close a door around here...there is always someone banging to get in, even the cat! I'm going to head over to your Etsy shop and take a peek. Have a great week.
Cheers!

Thank you! She's so sweet. Tucker has a fit when I close a door so I always just take him in with me. LOL
DeleteThat is a sweet picture of your granddaughter. Grandkids are the best! When I decompress the bed room is so dark that I nap, so going for a walk is better for me.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I agree with you, grandkids are the best! Sometimes a walk works for me too. Unless it's hot out then, no. :)
DeleteOf course that child is your happy thought!! I enjoyed reading your answers and am just as happy as you are that Joyce is back with her weekly Hodgepodge!! Happy Wednesday, Pam!
ReplyDeleteHow could she not be, right? LOL Wednesdays just weren't the same without Joyce, were they? :) Have a great rest of the week!
DeleteGrandkids...there are not words or no emotions to express. I am also glad that Joyce is back!
ReplyDeleteI agree. On both counts! LOL Thanks!
DeleteLove the pictures of your grandbaby. They are pretty wonderful. I can't believe how fast this year has gone.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I can't believe it either. How do we slow things down?
DeleteHappy photo to start off for sure. Sweet. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteIsn't she the sweetest? :) I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, too!
DeleteSometimes I retreat to my room, as well... How did I guess that your happy thought would be about that sweet granddaughter of yours???
ReplyDeleteI, too, am glad to have Joyce and the Hodgepodge back :)
Kathy (Reflections)
I don't know. How DID you guess that? LOL I really did miss Joyce! So glad she's back and in her new home! Thanks!
DeleteI enjoyed reading your Hodgepodge today! Hope you have a wonderful evening!
ReplyDeleteGreat music. I have two happy songs. I just have to stop and dance! Pride and Joy when Andrew plays in his room and In The Mood Big Band Music by Glenn Miller...Dad loved music too.
ReplyDeleteMuch thought goes into these posts. I always enjoy your hodge podge but do not think I could produce one.
Blessings.
I think I'd stop and dance to anything Andrew was playing. He's such a talent! My mom and dad love music and so did my grandparents. I'm so glad they did! Sure you could! Your posts are always 'deep' to me. Sometimes, they go right over my head. :)
DeleteThank you for that random thought : ) Nothing sweeter than a sleeping baby. I know you're having so much fun in your role as Grandma. I can relate to the closed door. There were just too many people in the house today doing technology related stuff and I hid in the office!
ReplyDeleteWe miss you, Joyce! But we all understood and are so happy that you're in your new home! I do enjoy a sleeping baby. It's sad she doesn't sleep more than a 20 minute nap here and there during the day. LOL I'm glad I'm not the only one who hides sometimes. :)
DeleteEnjoyed reading your answers and Baby M is everything happy! Liked your song choice.
