Most of you know NashvilleDaughter's fiance is the drummer in a Nashville based band, The Wild Feathers. The band has a brand new album, their third, that will be released soon and the first single from said album was released last Friday.
These guys are super talented and if you ever get a chance to go see them they do not disappoint! And I'm not just saying that because we have a connection. I always thought they were quite good but once I saw them live (remember our trip to Nashville to see them at the RYMAN?), I was blown away, Y'all. Blow. Away. The talent I thought they possessed was far surpassed.
LOADS of life events have happened to these guys over the last year or so for example, three of them became fathers and one got engaged (guess who? haha) It's not just their talent that amazes me it's how family oriented they are. Actually, I could go on and on but I won't. You're welcome. Ha!
Here's the new single:
If I remember correctly, the second single will be released at the end of this month and the album (isn't it funny we still say 'album' but they're really CDs or maybe it isn't as I don't know enough about the music business to fit on the head of a stick pin.) sometime toward the end of June.
And if anyone gets a chance to go see them, please let me know you're going or you went! I'd love to hear about it!
So, anyone still getting snow out there?
So exciting!! I love their sound!! No snow here, thank goodness!
ReplyDeleteThanks! They are so good, aren't they? Hahaha! If you're getting snow in Florida this time of year we might need to start being concerned. LOL How's Joe?
Deletethey are really good! no snow here but we did have a freeze warning last night - IN THE DEEP SOUTH!! But . . . today the high will be 68!

DeleteVinyl albums have made a come back. Not just online either, I recently spotted them at a brick and mortar retail store. Good song.
ReplyDeleteMy girls love vinyl. They have all of ours and we get to listen when we go to their houses. :) Glad you liked the song.
